Are your products resold or are they handmade?

All products at Thyst Cosmetics are handmade - Start to finish.

How are your products priced?

We want our products to be affordable to any and everybody. At the same time, We do take into consideration the fact that all of our products are handmade from start to finish, and we must still have enough funds to continue creating high-quality products for your enjoyment!

How can I leave a review?

You can leave a review either through our social media DMs, or through our Google Form for reviews!

How can I customize my jewelry on ThystCosmetics.com?

When you are on a jewelry item page, pick out your primary jewelry color, then pick whether you would like a charm or no charm. You can request a specific charm.

If you would like more than one color for your beaded jewelry, you can tell us in the "Add a Note" section at the checkout page. You can also include if you would like matte beads, crystal-like beads, or regular beads.

How long will it take to receive my order?

Typically, orders are finished and ready to be shipped out within 1-2 weeks of the order being placed due to the owner/proprietor being a full time college student.
No order is ever overlooked, ignored, or unnoticed! 

Depending on customization requests, orders may take a bit longer to be ready and shipped out. 

Once the order is shipped, USPS Priority Mail takes 1-3 business days to arrive to its destination.
